This information is gathered through a secure booking form (via Stripe on Gold Star Pro) and is used solely for retreat logistics and communication related to this event.

We do not share or sell your personal information with third parties. Your credit card information is securely processed by Stripe, and we do not store full payment details—only the last 4 digits may be visible in your Stripe account for reference.

You may occasionally receive marketing emails or newsletters from Let Love Rise about future retreats or offerings. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We do not knowingly collect data from website visitors through cookies or analytics. However, some limited information may be collected automatically by your browser or hosting platform. If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, please contact us directly.

By registering for the Winter Solstice retreat at Trinity Hot Springs, you agree to the following terms and conditions

📅 Retreat Dates & Details

Retreat Price: $497

Lodging: varies depending on room selection and number of guests per room

✅ What’s Included:

24-hour access to the soaking pools (quiet hours after 10pm)

3 meals: Sat Night, Sunday Brunch, Sunday Dinner

24/7 Lodge snacks and coffee/ tea bar

All group ceremonies listed on the website

❌ What’s Not Included:

Lodging is an additional cost to the $497 registration fee

Transportation to/from Trinity Hot Springs (carpool options may be coordinated)

Optional personal services such as massages, reiki sessions, card readings etc.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate space of this retreat, the $497 deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable to another participant and/or to a future Let Love Rise event

🛑 Retreat Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, all payments made will be fully refunded.

🌿 Participant Expectations

This is a sacred and transformative gathering. All participants are expected to treat each other, the retreat space, and the land with kindness and respect. You will be invited to participate in yoga, breathwork, light dance, and nature hikes. Please be prepared for gentle physical activity and group engagement.

By checking the agreement box during registration, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to participate in alignment with the spirit and structure of the retreat.
